Brand-new motion studio defies convention
A passion for forward-thinking storytelling led to more than 150 guests witnessing the birth of a new motion design studio at a Brisbane launch this month. Disregarding conventional studio hierarchy, Breeder is a collective of young creatives who work collaboratively on live action, design, animation and installation.
“The Breeder philosophy is all about letting talent run free,” says Breeder director Tim Lovett. “We choose to work outside of industry conventions and traditional hierarchical structures, which means we can work efficiently and without boundaries. We pull in the finest minds and work as a collective, with everyone playing to their strengths. Our focus is on creating original, extraordinary work. Rather than waiting around for trends to happen, we want to create work that sets the agenda.”
Breeder’s current project line-up combines high profile, international work with local grassroots clients. The official Sydney launch of Breeder will take place in the coming months.
